These terms govern access to the FRANETIC Real Estate Agency website and the information made available on it. Real estate mediation is provided in Portugal under the IMPIC licence shown below.

You agree to use the website lawfully, in good faith and without compromising its security or operation. You must not attempt to access restricted areas, introduce harmful code or provide false information.

Property details are prepared from available information and may change without notice. Prices, areas, photographs and availability must be confirmed before any decision. Online information is not a contractual offer and does not replace technical, legal or tax checks.

Services require the written real estate mediation agreement prescribed by Portuguese Law 15/2013 of 8 February. The agreement identifies the parties, property, arrangement, term, fee and conditions.

Text, design, brand, code and images belong to FRANETIC or their respective owners. They may not be reproduced, modified or commercially used without permission, except as allowed by law.

We may link to external services whose content or availability we do not control. To the extent allowed by law, FRANETIC is not liable for decisions based on unconfirmed information, temporary interruptions or acts of third parties.

These terms are governed by Portuguese law, without prejudice to mandatory consumer protections and legally applicable jurisdiction rules.
