These terms cover FRANETIC’s website and published information. Contact details and the stated licence appear below. Browsing, an enquiry or a viewing does not replace an agency agreement or oblige you to engage services.

Use the website lawfully without harming security or operation, introducing malicious code, attempting restricted access or providing third-party data without authority. Do not send sensitive information unless requested through an appropriate channel.

Price, availability, areas, equipment and documentation must be confirmed for the particular transaction. Marketing descriptions do not replace registry records, planning titles, an energy certificate, inspections or professional advice. Waiving a formality does not establish lawful works or use.

Guides provide general information and identify sources and dates when reviewed. Tax benefits, finance, works feasibility and returns depend on the case and are not guaranteed by the website. Ask about discrepancies before committing; the agency’s legal accuracy and information duties remain applicable.

A commercial price estimate recommends a marketing position; it is not a bank or expert valuation, or legal, tax, energy or technical certification. An initial no-obligation estimate does not guarantee a selling price or deadline. Lending decisions belong to the financial institution; any regulated involvement must identify the authorised provider and its scope.

Agency services require a written agreement under Portuguese Law 15/2013. Before signing, confirm the property and transaction, services, duration and renewal, any exclusivity, remuneration, VAT and payment/termination terms. A website enquiry does not set a universal fee. Entitlement to remuneration follows the law and agreement, including applicable CPCV and exclusivity conditions.

A B2B enquiry does not conclude a sharing agreement or automatically authorise property advertising. Parties, terms, responsibilities, data protection and use of materials must be agreed before collaboration. Text, brand, design and images belong to their respective holders; reuse requires permission or a legal entitlement.
